Sad this is gone now, such a fun stamp and easy to color. This is similar to another card that I posted a few months ago, but in a different color. I also added a piece of doily. The stripes are made with a stamp from Painted Petals, also gone-more sadness:( If you look closely you can see that we used an aquapainter to fill in the background with Blushing BrideKathy Anthonyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04416327462697231231noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7956695358003914984.post-18108255285626995262015-06-08T07:58:00.000-05:002015-06-08T07:58:00.533-05:00Berry Basket of Flowers<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

This is another card that we made for club in April. It uses one basket piece and one top edge piece. It is folded so that it stands up. There is a piece of whisper white with the flowers that pulls out for the sentiment and message. The Crumb Cake basket is stamped with hardwood in Baked Brown Sugar. The flowers are from the FLower Patch Bundle with stamps and framelits. We only had to cut out the thin flower on the top in Strawberry Slush, all the rest were framelets. Colors are Pool Party, Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Calypso Coral, Blushing Bride, and Crushed Curry.<br />
Of course I had to add a butterfly from Papillon Potpourri.<a href="http://free.motitags.com/index.jhtml?partner=^B5J^zeb004_^ZJ^xpt394^TTAB01^us&theme=easter" style="border: none !important;" target="_blank"><img border="0" src="https://ak.ssl.imgfarm.com/images/motitags/Easter/32x32/EasterButterfly.gif" title="More smileys at Motitags.com" /></a><br />

</div>
We made this card at club in April. I'm pleased to say that it this stamp set has carried over into the new catalog. YAY!!<br />
Island Indigo, Bermuda Bay, and Coastal Cabana are sponged on my card front, then I added circles with white craft ink for the bokeh effect. I love the confetti overlay stamp for the balloon, but it covered up part of the "HAPPY", so I used a marker and just colored part of the confetti. Note how the confetti for both cards is a bit different.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-arBna2IAD-Q/VXQ3sDxvSwI/AAAAAAAADWk/n3mntpps5ag/s1600/club%2B4-15%2B%25283%2529.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-arBna2IAD-Q/VXQ3sDxvSwI/AAAAAAAADWk/n3mntpps5ag/s320/club%2B4-15%2B%25283%2529.JPG" width="213" /></a></div>
One of my customers added the birthday stamp to the balloon and I liked that idea. Bermuda Bay sequins made a perfect string for the balloon with a few stray sequins for embellishment.<br />

<span style="font-size: large;">One of the last of the Texas cards</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-biZbb35qExA/VPnj-Zze66I/AAAAAAAADUQ/KbgHL3bUkRY/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(10).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-biZbb35qExA/VPnj-Zze66I/AAAAAAAADUQ/KbgHL3bUkRY/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(10).JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">The background for this card is made using the 3 lines stamp from Painted Petals. I made several of these cards using different colors </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">while we were on our Texas trip, but gave some of them away already before I took pics. A really easy way to add dimension is to </span><span style="font-size: large;">stamp, color, and cut out a few blooms and pop them up with dimensionals. I did not do that with this card, but did with a </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">few of the others. This card uses Coastal Cabana with some Bermuda Bay accents. Notice the shading using the lightest </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">of the Coastal Cabana blendabilities. </span></div>
Kathy Anthonyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04416327462697231231noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7956695358003914984.post-1362059478939365262015-03-12T06:30:00.000-05:002015-03-12T06:30:01.910-05:00BEST DAY EVER card<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Another Texas card, perhaps you noticed that many of them were monochromatic. I think it worked out that way due to the limited supplies that I took, but I do like the look. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-2WTV9MIeM38/VPnkbZlVrwI/AAAAAAAADUo/hLq-V1SsZ8w/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(3).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-2WTV9MIeM38/VPnkbZlVrwI/AAAAAAAADUo/hLq-V1SsZ8w/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(3).JPG" height="266" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"> The card base is Coastal Cabana with a Bermuda Bay layer and butterfly. Stamped images are from Best Day Ever, another SAB stamp set FREE with a $50 purchase. Coastal Cabana ribbon from Best Year Ever Accessory Pack adds the finishing touch. I used the smallest pearls colored with Coastal Cabana Blendabilities for the flowers. I love the random dots for the background. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />Kathy Anthonyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04416327462697231231noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7956695358003914984.post-46679062830445520472015-03-11T06:30:00.000-05:002015-03-11T06:30:02.341-05:00SWALLOWTAIL card<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Another Texas card</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large; margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kErt0OtEhI8/VPnj-LEFHZI/AAAAAAAADUU/jW1V6hgT4GY/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(1).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kErt0OtEhI8/VPnj-LEFHZI/AAAAAAAADUU/jW1V6hgT4GY/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(1).JPG" height="266" width="400" /></a></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I started with the lines stamp from Butterfly Basics and stamped it on Pistachio Pudding card base with Baked Brown Sugar ink. I really didn't like it until I added the Swallowtail stamped in Baked Brown Sugar with a Pistachio Pudding layer and some Baked Brown Sugar banners. I used Crisp Cantaloupe and Pistachio Pudding markers and highlighted the lines on the Swallowtail image. So much prettier in real life!</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">More Texas limited supply cards. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JKydLX_EWRU/VPnkbdxuAYI/AAAAAAAADUk/tQdC6-FRvrA/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(5).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-JKydLX_EWRU/VPnkbdxuAYI/AAAAAAAADUk/tQdC6-FRvrA/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(5).JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I love Baked Brown Sugar and Strawberry Slush together. These flowers are so beautiful, they have great shading. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Z_b-ENp7vV8/VPnk1-tGXHI/AAAAAAAADVE/hBz-8oLQ0Co/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(7).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Z_b-ENp7vV8/VPnk1-tGXHI/AAAAAAAADVE/hBz-8oLQ0Co/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(7).JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">If I had it to do over, I would have done something different with the layers for this Pistachio Pudding card. The dsp banner layer kind of gets lost when I added the stamped stems. The butterfly here is vellum embossed with black and colored from the back with Crushed Curry</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">This card uses the new Note Tag Punch and the Painted Petals stamp set both </span><span style="font-size: large;">from the Occasions catalog </span><span style="font-size: large;">to make this easy yet beautiful card. The ribbon c</span><span style="font-size: large;">olors are Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, and Coastal Cabana</span><span style="font-size: large;"> </span><span style="font-size: large;">from Best Year Ever Accessory Pack-FREE during SAB with a $50 purchase. </span></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Lots of Strawberry Slush going on here: cardstock, dsp, markers, ink, and thick bakers twine! Flower is from butterfly Basics. Sentiments for both cards are from Delightful Dozen. </span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">I made these cards while we were in Texas on vacation (watch in future days for more cards), so had limited supplies-no Bigshot or dies. I had a few of the butterfly thinlets precut. I love the collage look achieved with this set. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FaPxp-JbvE0/VPnlU0fP9gI/AAAAAAAADVc/nliPyEXOBAs/s1600/Texas%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(11).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><span style="font-size: large;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FaPxp-JbvE0/VPnlU0fP9gI/AAAAAAAADVc/nliPyEXOBAs/s1600/Texas%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(11).JPG" height="400" width="266" /></span></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">This first card has a base of Bermuda Bay and also uses the circle stamps from Painted Petals set. I colored </span><span style="font-size: large;">the central flower with blendabilities then </span><span style="font-size: large;">cut it out and popped it up. It took some time, not something I would want to do if I was making lots, but </span><span style="font-size: large;">I love the look </span><span style="font-size: large;">for one card. This butterfly is several layers of waxed paper that I used when I cut out the butterfly. They seem to stick together until there are 3-4 layers that forms a nice thicker butterfly. I colored it with coastal cabana blendabilies.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-oTPb__ypIfc/VPnkct8RjwI/AAAAAAAADU0/nA8WQUhnDOE/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(4).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-oTPb__ypIfc/VPnkct8RjwI/AAAAAAAADU0/nA8WQUhnDOE/s1600/TEXAS%2Bcards%2B2-15%2B(4).JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">This card has a bit of a different feel due to more muted colors. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I used 2013-2015 In Colors with some Crushed Curry thrown </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">in the mix. I distressed the edges on both cards, goes with </span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">the collage effect. </span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">At Heartland Stampers Club, Sandy Kavenaugh taught us how to make card that spell out something. I made this Valentine Birthday card for Angela. I think I could have meade the letters look a bit better, but for my first attempt, I am happy. Her favorite colors are pink and green, so I used some retired DSP for the covers and melon mambo and lucky limeade ink to match. If you think this is something you would like to try, let me know and I can tech you how. </span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">These are the 3 projects we made at club last month.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-21jbzk9f7zM/VPndJthObKI/AAAAAAAADT8/jhvHGwmRGq4/s1600/club%2B2-15%2Bbig%2Bday%2Bwith%2Bblendabilities.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-21jbzk9f7zM/VPndJthObKI/AAAAAAAADT8/jhvHGwmRGq4/s1600/club%2B2-15%2Bbig%2Bday%2Bwith%2Bblendabilities.JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: large;">Blendabilities on white embossing on black cardstock. How bright and impressive! And the nicest thing is that you can go outside of the lines and it doesn't show on the black. The stamp set is Big Day FREE during Sale-A-Bration with a $50 order. Inside sentiment says "and perhaps a little ice cream! Happy Birthday". Love the Irresistibly Yours DSP (also FREE during SAB). I used the stars pattern here and sponged with Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, and Coastal Cabana. The white floss is dyed with a few drops of melon mambo reinker in a bit of rubbing alcohol. It dries fast too since it was alcohol. I had these daffodil delight buttons left from a previous SAB</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3ipbW54I3tc/VPndHKC6D2I/AAAAAAAADTs/24TYjJATO6o/s1600/club%2B2-15%2Bbutterfly%2Bbasics%2Btreat%2Bbag.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3ipbW54I3tc/VPndHKC6D2I/AAAAAAAADTs/24TYjJATO6o/s1600/club%2B2-15%2Bbutterfly%2Bbasics%2Btreat%2Bbag.JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<span style="font-size: large;">Treat bag made using Treat Bag Thinlet and Festive Designer Kraft Paper Rolls (still available on the Clearance Rack) and Butterfly Basics stamp set and thinlets. I love this set and have been making lots of collage images with it. Colors used are the 2014-2016 In Colors: Hello Honey, Tangelo Twist, Mossy Meadow, and Lost Lagoon. So many things you could do with this bag!</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<span style="font-size: large;">This last card uses Sheltering Tree and Woodgrain embossing folder. Colors are Wild Wasabi and Soft Suede with a bit of Pacific Point for the bicycle and Rose Red for the tulips. Shelli showed how to use the backside of the leaves image to make an outline. Love it! The bicycle is cut out and popped up.</span>Kathy Anthonyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04416327462697231231noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7956695358003914984.post-45608018863977460922015-03-06T10:12:00.002-06:002015-03-06T10:14:59.732-06:00New Sale-A-Bration freebies<h3 class="entry-header" style="background-color: white; color: #535933; font-family: georgia, 'times new roman', times, hiraminpro-w3, 'ms mincho', serif; font-size: 22px; margin: 0px 0px 5px;">

Pretty Paper Beads</h2>
<div class="blog-post-contents ">
<div style="overflow: hidden;">
Did you ever roll paper beads with toothpicks when you were a kid? I just rediscovered this fun, little craft—and making them is kind of addictive. <br />
Just wrap a long, triangular piece of paper around a wooden skewer until you have a bead. Adhere the tail-end of the paper to the bead using a little Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then cover the bead using a thin coat of Mod Podge. Let your bead dry.<br />
After making a few dozen of these little cuties I started to think of Easter eggs . . . and one of our new occasions catalog stamp sets—<a href="http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=138557&utm_source=stampin-up-blog&utm_medium=blog&utm_content=Pretty-Paper-Beads" src="http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=138557&utm_source=stampin-up-blog&utm_medium=blog&utm_content=Pretty-Paper-Beads">For Peep’s Sake</a>, item # 138557—came to mind.<br /><span class="sfImageWrapper" data-sfref="[images|OpenAccessDataProvider]1f121658-3795-661a-8962-ff0000f7f0e6"><img alt="1" displaymode="Original" src="http://www.stampinup.com/home/images/default-source/default-album/1e91116583795661a8962ff0000f7f0e6.jpg?sfvrsn=0" title="1" /></span> I used the <a href="http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=137416&utm_source=stampin-up-blog&utm_medium=blog&utm_content=Pretty-Paper-Beads" src="http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=137416&utm_source=stampin-up-blog&utm_medium=blog&utm_content=Pretty-Paper-Beads">Ornate Tag Topper Punch</a> (item # 137416) on the top and bottom of this Easter favor to create fancy edges.<br /><br /><span class="sfImageWrapper" data-sfref="[images|OpenAccessDataProvider]31121658-3795-661a-8962-ff0000f7f0e6"><img alt="2" displaymode="Original" src="http://www.stampinup.com/home/images/default-source/default-album/2271216583795661a8962ff0000f7f0e6.jpg?sfvrsn=0" title="2" /></span><br /><span class="sfImageWrapper" data-sfref="[images|OpenAccessDataProvider]43121658-3795-661a-8962-ff0000f7f0e6"><img alt="3" displaymode="Original" src="http://www.stampinup.com/home/images/default-source/default-album/3391216583795661a8962ff0000f7f0e6.jpg?sfvrsn=0" title="3" /><span style="line-height: 1.5;">To make the beads, I used <a href="http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=137784&utm_source=stampin-up-blog&utm_medium=blog&utm_content=Pretty-Paper-Beads" src="http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=137784&utm_source=stampin-up-blog&utm_medium=blog&utm_content=Pretty-Paper-Beads">Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper</a> (item # 137784),<a href="http://su-media.s3.amazonaws.com/media/catalogs/2014-2015/2015_SAB/20150106_SAB_en-US.pdf#page=4" src="http://su-media.s3.amazonaws.com/media/catalogs/2014-2015/2015_SAB/20150106_SAB_en-US.pdf#page=4">Best Year Ever Designer Series Paper</a> (item # 138633), and the Rich Razzleberry designs from the <a href="http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=130134&utm_source=stampin-up-blog&utm_medium=blog&utm_content=Pretty-Paper-Beads" src="http://www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=130134&utm_source=stampin-up-blog&utm_medium=blog&utm_content=Pretty-Paper-Beads">Brights Backgrounds Designer Series Paper Stacks</a>(item # 130134).</span></span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">January is always my hostess/customer appreciation where everyone gets prizes and we make extra projects.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-7RqBAmFIQMo/VNVEJ7kJ9rI/AAAAAAAADRo/V0PcrzNIw2U/s1600/club%2B1-15%2Blotus%2Bblossom.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-7RqBAmFIQMo/VNVEJ7kJ9rI/AAAAAAAADRo/V0PcrzNIw2U/s1600/club%2B1-15%2Blotus%2Bblossom.JPG" height="213" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I love this lotus blossom stamp and the Irresistibly Yours dsp used on this first card. Both are FREE with a $50 order through the end of march. Watch for more of both.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-u84_YKMJ0Fw/VNVEOgYrpMI/AAAAAAAADR4/z-NMYJOVhJY/s1600/club%2B1-15%2Bpinwheel%2Bcard.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-u84_YKMJ0Fw/VNVEOgYrpMI/AAAAAAAADR4/z-NMYJOVhJY/s1600/club%2B1-15%2Bpinwheel%2Bcard.JPG" height="213" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"> The designer paper used for this pinwheel card is another FREE Sale-A-Bration offering. Start with an 8" square and score from 3" on each side using the diagonal scoring plate. Cut out the triangles then score on the straight scoring board </span><span style="font-size: large;">at 1" </span><span style="font-size: large;">to the cutout area on each side, then fold. I need to add the picture of the inside of the card. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--E7IarHu1Gc/VNVEtva59uI/AAAAAAAADSA/UFT9AE7yt6I/s1600/club%2B1-15%2Bvalentine%2B(2).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--E7IarHu1Gc/VNVEtva59uI/AAAAAAAADSA/UFT9AE7yt6I/s1600/club%2B1-15%2Bvalentine%2B(2).JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">We used the treat bag thinlet die to make this Valentine's day card. The sentiment is from Pennant Parade. I stamped the banner with the red dots with another stamp in the Pennant Parade set. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">Red, Black, and Gold is so classy!</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-RYAIIPpZxss/VNVEKKKddPI/AAAAAAAADRs/7FbBsBHnpsg/s1600/club%2B1-15%2Bvalentine%2B(1).JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-RYAIIPpZxss/VNVEKKKddPI/AAAAAAAADRs/7FbBsBHnpsg/s1600/club%2B1-15%2Bvalentine%2B(1).JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">This is the inside of the card. I "heart" you and the red heart are from Pictogram Punches. Gold washi tape and gold shimmer hearts add the finishing touch. </span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">I recently got this stamp and decided to play today.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fRTqZU0CTm8/VNAl585mwgI/AAAAAAAADQ8/EmXk8P4BM84/s1600/love%2Bis%2Bkindness%2Bdaffodil.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fRTqZU0CTm8/VNAl585mwgI/AAAAAAAADQ8/EmXk8P4BM84/s1600/love%2Bis%2Bkindness%2Bdaffodil.JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I used Daffodil and Olive Bendabilities then fussy cut it out. I wanted the tulips to be the main focus so just added a couple of banners. The dotted banner is Irresistibly Yours DSP only available during Sale-A-Bration and is FREE when you purchase $50. It is white on white embossed in several designs, but becomes even more beautiful with color added with sponge or spritzing. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-rRakwsRW9Mg/VNAl5Gim2KI/AAAAAAAADQ4/qPNx4pO6DPs/s1600/love%2Bis%2Bkindness%2Bmelon.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-rRakwsRW9Mg/VNAl5Gim2KI/AAAAAAAADQ4/qPNx4pO6DPs/s1600/love%2Bis%2Bkindness%2Bmelon.JPG" height="400" width="266" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I got my inspiration for this card with the doily from Jen Timko, but changed it up a bit. I colored the tulips with Melon Mambo and Old Olive blendabilities. The Strawberry Slush thick bakers twine matched perfectly. </span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">I used one sheet of designer paper to make these 6 cards! All are Wild Wasabi with a Blackberry Bliss layer and ribbon. I used the same tulip stamp, but changed up the sentiments. This design and layout was inspired by Bertina Maloy from the demonstrator website Stampin' Connection. I changed up the color layers slightly.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: large;">I played with this paper pack yesterday when we were snowed in! Here are 3, come back tomorrow for more.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8YeM-aqVykA/VNATKkIU6SI/AAAAAAAADP0/s1IcA_O_faM/s1600/painted%2Bblooms%2Bdsp%2B1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8YeM-aqVykA/VNATKkIU6SI/AAAAAAAADP0/s1IcA_O_faM/s1600/painted%2Bblooms%2Bdsp%2B1.JPG" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;"> The designer paper is so beautiful, it doesn't need much to make a great card. I used the tag topper punch with pacific point ribbon and Painted Petals stamp set.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-67UpjT3tATM/VNATJxTBX9I/AAAAAAAADPo/R9o3OJZQrCM/s1600/painted%2Bblooms%2Bdsp%2B2.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-67UpjT3tATM/VNATJxTBX9I/AAAAAAAADPo/R9o3OJZQrCM/s1600/painted%2Bblooms%2Bdsp%2B2.JPG" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">More paper with just a bit of stamping. Rose Red ink and paper match much better than Real Red.</span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZOoNjo2xXgM/VNATKGGROuI/AAAAAAAADPs/Xl1hx3g1b1Q/s1600/painted%2Bblooms%2Bdsp%2B3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZOoNjo2xXgM/VNATKGGROuI/AAAAAAAADPs/Xl1hx3g1b1Q/s1600/painted%2Bblooms%2Bdsp%2B3.JPG" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: large;">I used Rich Razzleberry here instead of Blackberry Bliss since I used Blaskberry in the other cards. It matches very well also. </span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

May we all remember that we celebrate this day because of Jesus birth. But also remember that this day would mean nothing if it weren't for His death, burial, and resurrection in which He paid the penalty for my sins and yours.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">I'm adding family pictures from our Christmas celebration this year</span><br />

I received this card from Debbie Jastrom, a demonstrator that I roomed with at SU convention one year. Not sure how much is SU, but a neat card.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-0Gv4eTqnUg8/VJxDmkYswHI/AAAAAAAADMQ/T1r4sUwpR2E/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Debbie%2BJastrom.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-0Gv4eTqnUg8/VJxDmkYswHI/AAAAAAAADMQ/T1r4sUwpR2E/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Debbie%2BJastrom.JPG" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
From Dorris. I love the simplicity that allows you to focus on the message. She used core'dinations cardstock then sanded it so the frame would stand out. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ydB4q96jHRc/VJxDj3GT4fI/AAAAAAAADMA/cyNxuaK2AMc/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Dorris.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ydB4q96jHRc/VJxDj3GT4fI/AAAAAAAADMA/cyNxuaK2AMc/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Dorris.JPG" height="213" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This card is from Jackie. I love the layering and sponging to again draw the attention to the tree.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-dMKUb8qvXTM/VJxDkSTCT5I/AAAAAAAADME/v50Qa6jCZIM/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Jackie.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-dMKUb8qvXTM/VJxDkSTCT5I/AAAAAAAADME/v50Qa6jCZIM/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Jackie.JPG" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Lynn made the card and used the snowflake die that is now retired, but still much loved. Very sparkly in real life. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tB6n_kVhCyA/VJxD3fm4RWI/AAAAAAAADMY/ElLLx02HBBY/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Lynn.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tB6n_kVhCyA/VJxD3fm4RWI/AAAAAAAADMY/ElLLx02HBBY/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Lynn.JPG" height="213" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
My friend Peggy who lives in Arizona sent this card. We have roomed together many times for SU conventions and I have visited her in Az. The coloring is gorgeous and sparkly and I LOVE the use of the star confetti punch. May I say "again" I love the star confetti punch!!!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-1OfDWiXj1eI/VJxD6B6RT-I/AAAAAAAADMg/LGXIuTBoicE/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Peggy.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-1OfDWiXj1eI/VJxD6B6RT-I/AAAAAAAADMg/LGXIuTBoicE/s1600/Christmas%2B2014-Peggy.JPG" height="320" width="213" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
I just finished addressing my cards and put them in the mail yesterday. I doubt anyone is surprised by that news!!!</div>
